We understand that every function is different, so we’re flexible with providing our services as individual components, or as packages to suit your event and budget.
 

Alcohol catering

We’ve teamed up with a busy local liquor supplier who can source rare liquors from around the world and are always stocked up with the best beer, wine and spirits to suit every taste. Their number one priority is supplying our tailored events, so are always ready for our orders, big and small. We are fully experienced to suggest accurate quantities and recommend brands that are reputable and of quality, and we’re happy to price match on alcohol products.

Function planning and coordination

With over 6 years of servicing Sydney weddings, engagement parties, birthday parties and corporate and academic events, we know what it takes to make an event a success. This starts with the planning in the lead up to the event, and coordinating on the day to make sure all parties work together and set up goes smoothly. We can have as much or as little contact with other suppliers as you like to ensure everything works seamlessly on the day.

Industry professional staffing   

As the face of our business and the point of contact with your guests, you’ll find our staff professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the alcohol they’re serving.  We hand-pick our bar managers, cocktail makers and bartenders based on their passion for the business, experience in the industry and their ‘bubbly’ personalities – to help make every event relaxed and easy for the guests and hosts alike.

Cocktail bartenders

While refreshing beers and sparkling wines are always a favourite, we can also give your event the edge it needs by providing a cocktail-making service run by our head mixologist and cocktail makers. These bar boys and girls have had numerous years of experience not only mixing the cocktails, but creating unique recipes and flavour fusions that will wow your guests and have them coming back for more.

Equipment and glassware hire

With a beautiful selection of bevvies you’ll need the right glassware to match. Serving a fine red vino from France? We have just the right glass to suit. If you’re ordering alcohol from us, glassware comes at a nominal fee. The details matter to us and your guests will notice the difference. We also bring all of our bar equipment and ‘tools of the trade’ with us so your drinks are prepared and served to perfection.  

Mobile bar hire (glow and non-glow)

We’re proud to offer you our custom-built, BarBoys-branded glowing and non-glowing bars to add a real-life bar feel to your event. While we can easily and happily set up existing tables from the venue to act as our bars, our awesome mobile bars can be hired at a nominal fee, with no fuss! We bring it to the venue, and take it with us at the end of the night.

Bar furniture hire

If you’re keen on making the bar a real feature of your event, you’ll need comfortable lounge seating, bar tables and/or stools, and the right décor to make your guests feel like they can sit back, relax and have a great time with a drink (or two) in tow. We can recommend some excellent vendors who specialise in a variety of bar furniture hire to create a complete bar experience.

Delivery and pick-up

We’re equipped with the perfect-size vehicle to transport everything you need for your event. From alcohol and glassware to our larger scale mobile bars, we provide a full delivery and pick-up service so everything arrives at your venue at the right time, and leaves without any left-overs for you to worry about. 

Removal of garbage

We want your event to be as fuss-free as possible, so we like to leave the venue as we found it. We make sure to clean our working area and remove all the garbage used by the bar at the end of the event, endeavouring to recycle bottles and plastic products where possible.

Event workshops

You won’t know how much fun making cocktails is until you learn how! There’s a real art in fusing flavours and concocting mixes to suit different taste buds. It can often be as complex as creating that perfect dish! Our staff hold cocktail workshops for hen’s parties, team-building events and birthday parties for all ages (over 18). It’s a great way to have fun, connect with people and learn a new skill.
